ISN'T ANY PHOTO GOOD ENOUGH?

Images of your offerings are probably the first, and certainly most powerful, way that people learn about what you make. Turn the curious into customers. We do that by displaying what you do in the most flattering, attractive, and understandable way possible, using the latest techniques and equipment to separate you from the competition. Whether you fabricate, build, cook, or sell something, we'll figure out the best way to show your potential customers that they need to do business with you.

Styled food products draw customers.

Products shot in studio with appropriate lighting demonstrate their use, and make them look good.

Smaller items can be challenging, but our studio techniques and advanced lighting highlight them.

The journey of creating your ideal product images starts with understanding your story, goals, and priorities. Once we've done that, we can build campaign that shows what you want to communicate, and how you see your product meeting customer needs.

CRITICAL FOR FOOD SERVICE

If you're in the very competitive food business, you already know how important it is to have up-to-date, attractive photos of your products.Phone cameras are very powerful these days, but they can't produce the look of quality and professionalism that a trained stylist and photographer can, using the best equipment, operated by the highest-skilled artists. Let your competitors use images created by phones, shot by someone's cousin in dim, yellow lighting...not you!

WE KNOW PRODUCT IMAGES

If you make or manufacture anything, showing off your high-quality work is absolutely essential. Different types of products need and deserve different treatments, lighting, displays, and editing. We get that, and know how to appeal to your ideal customers.

THIS IS ONLINE SELLING

Online sellers are made and broken on the quality of their product imagery. Differentiating your product from that of the competition is critical to standing out and staying afloat. That's what we do. We help sellers create branded, consistent, online, print, and catalog products using flat lay, styled, product-on-white, and social media formatted images, using the professional lighting, capture, and editing techniques. Want to look professional? Get your images from a professional.

FAQ: IF IT'S NOT COVERED, CONTACT US.

Q: What are the different types of Food images?
A: Generally, you could break that down into Styled (set on a plate, in an appetizing, somewhat natural manner), and Product on White (PoW), in which single items are photographed on pure, white backgrounds (usually for catalog type displays, or for placement in more complex images with editing software).

A subset of Styled would be Lifestyle, in which people are involved, usually in a natural manner.

Q: What goes into producing food images?
A: That largely depends on what the item is. First, we'll have to discuss what your needs are, and what you want to be photographed. If it's your item, you'll prep it, while we set up the scene in which we'll photograph it (usually at your facility). Then, we'll style it together so it looks its absolute best.

Q: What goes into a product shoot?
A: What is the item? How large is it? How many images of what kind do you want? In large part, we'll be able to take the product so I can apply custom lighting to it, in the studio. Of course, just like anything else, we'll have to talk about what your thoughts are, what we can get done for you, what imagery you need for success, and what your timeline is.

Q: I'm an online seller, what can you do for me?
A: We can create professional styled, lifestyle, or product-on-white images for your entire line of offerings. All you have to do is take care of the store; we'll take care of all the pics.

Q: Does STONEFIELD only create still images?
A: Short answer: no. We do many other things. We produce video products as well, suitable for social media, web site posting, email campaigns, etc. Contact us to discuss the specifics of what you have in mind.

Q: What do I have to do to start the process?
A: We have some packages detailed on this page that cover some of the more common business needs. If one of them works for you, just use the contact page (left side of this page) and let us know what you need and when you need it.

If the packages don't address your business needs, then use the contact form (left) to get in touch so we can start a conversation. We'll come up with a solution that meets your needs and budget.

Q: When can I expect to have the images?
A: That'll depend on what you want, and how many, which will dictate the amount of post production work that'll be necessary. Regardless, we'll talk about this before the shoot, so that you know what you can expect regarding delivery of the product.

Q: What if I don't like the images:
A: That's always a possibility I suppose. That's where our professional ethics will come in. It's pretty important that you walk away happy with the product, and working with us. we aim to under promise and over deliver. If you find that you're not satisfied, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do whatever we reasonably can to make sure you either walk away smiling, or at least feeling like you were treated respectfully, professionally, and fairly. We'll figure it out.
