We get it. This is a big step, and it's important to make sure that you have the right folks with you when you take it. 

We listen…really. It’s easy to hear what others are saying, and make assumptions about what they mean, without truly understanding. In my business, that could be a big problem. When we meet with clients we ask all the questions we need to, in order to ensure that we understand EXACTLY what they need, what they have in mind, and what their expectations are. If that takes extra time, well, then so be it.
